Observe other historic buildings surrounding the piazza, including the Palazzo Bonaparte and the Palazzo Venezia.

Notice stunning marble sculptures and fountains in the Piazza del Popolo. This historic square is located at the northern end of Via del Corso. In the square’s center, admire the ancient obelisk, built in Heliopolis, Egypt.

Stop at the Doria Pamphilj Gallery and inspect masterpieces by Italian artists, including Titian, Caravaggio and Raphael. Tour the opulent apartments in the Palazzo Doria Pamphilj. These extravagant rooms have been the residences of royal Italians since the 17th century.
