It was wonderful should have stayed more nights . VIP was great separate entry with access to restaurants right away kinda in the middle of everything meaning Spanish steps great view . The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful. The room was spacious and included in room, coffee, and tea and toiletries with a lovely fresh scent. The Metro stop nearby made seeing the entire city easy. I would suggest if you use their car service to go to the airport that you leave earlier than they suggest as leaving three hours in advance for my international flight, cut it close. It was nice to have them arrange the car service! The breakfast room is cute and breakfast has ample Choices
