"This hotel was outstanding. It was spotlessly clean, beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. my only negative comment would be that if you need to store your luggage know that it gets stored near a smoking area for the employees, so it will end up smelling like smoke."

"Right next to the cruise terminal which is very convenient. The view of the city and water is stunning from the front of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and kind, and called us to follow up once we got to our room to check if we needed anything. The room was remarkable. From the high ceilings, giant windows, very upgraded bathroom and lighting. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in all our travels. I didn't want to leave. Has everything you need!

"Staff were so friendly and welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable on my stay, even when I accidentally shut myself out of the room shortly after checking in, silly me! They had umbrellas to rent fairly priced, well stocked vending machine, a good hotel room fridge too, well connected to the circle line bus route! I’ve no complaints! "
