"Always admired this hotel from a distance for a long time and was happy to have stayed there because it was definitely worth it. Only minor thing that could improve is the climate control in the rooms. It was very difficult to regulate the temperature using the thermostat, but eventually figured it out. Overall, it was well worth the stay and well definitely be returning in the future. "

"The front desk agent who checked us in was very rude. Had it not been for him our stay would have been a 5 star. Loss of roof top pool is disappointing and the bedding is not as nice-pillows were terrible and limited blankets during winter stay. "Check in went smoothly. Awesome view of the ocean! The windows had finger prints and the bath jets were shooting out hair. The curtains all had some sort of staining.
