The most important reason why we love this place are the friendly people who work here . They made it feel like home for us . Outstanding service . "The place has got old world charm with friendly staff and excellent location. They provide complementary afternoon tea which was a novelty for us & the Indian girl who worked at that time was very polite to all the guests taking care of everyone. Our bathroom had been renovated which worked well despite dated nature of property. Only issue we felt was the lack of sound proofing otherwise it’s an excellent option for a few nights in Venice."

"The hotel was clean and helpful. They gave us a tour at no additional charge and even kept our luggage safe for us after we had checked out. The only issue I had was the hairdryer didn't work. Other than that, I would say it was an excellent stay!"
