"What an amazing hotel! Lovely interior, large rooms and so quiet. There were no tea making facilities in the room, however a kettle, cups and spoons were provided upon request. Staff very friendly. Lovely breakfast. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, due to the late dining times. The hotel is just a short walk from the Royal Palace, which was well worth a visit. We parked in the free car park just across the road, near to a back entrance gate to the hotel."

"We loved the hotel. One of the nicest we have ever been to. The decor was unique. Wonderful staff. The location was convenient and close to plaza Mayor and the cathedral. The only problem was finding it. It isn't easy to drive in this city. So beware if you're renting a car. Otherwise take a train and use taxis. "

"We liked almost everything but Segovia is kind of cold at this time, we got there after the restaurant was close, we were tired and in the room they did not have even a teapot so we can have something hot, the toilet cover was broken and we reported it but it was a Holiday and maintenance was not available to fix it, they offered another room but we had unpacked. We liked it very much and will go back again."
