5/5 Excellent
Perfectly placed in Rome
"The apartments consist of a bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. The bed is comfortable, and there is lots of hanging space. There is a TV, but we didn’t use it, so I can’t comment on the quality of channels etc. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, sink, hob, toaster and pod coffee maker - it is also equipped with cutlery and crockery. The bathroom in our apartment (A04) had been upgraded since the last time we stayed and the new shower is a huge improvement over the old type: much more room, and both an overhead ‘rain’ type attachment and a hand held high pressure jet. Toiletries are in large pump bottles - and the scent is divine (bergamot and neroli).
Breakfast was good - lots of continental choices, and a view to die for: St. Peter’s Basilica in one direction and Castel St. Angelo in the other. You can usually use this room at other times too, for relaxing. One slight niggle this time is that the roof terrace was closed for private events on two of our three nights. Not impressed that your paying for a facility you’re not then allowed to use!"
