"Arrived at 8am checking was at 2pm, after waiting for about 2 hours we were given our room, after being denied breakfast, was told we were eligible for next day, I knew that, I wasn't given an option to pay for it. Hotel is well located within walking distance of some attractions and 2 blocks away from the lepanto metro station. Mostly residential area, felt safer than Paris, Room was spacious with some minor repair needed no big deal if you take into consideration the age of the building 200 ...

"Stefano was the desk clerkwhen we checked out in the morning of the 29th. He was very rude to the 2 guests ahead of us. Came our turn, he was also rude. He needs to chill 50 %. It went down quick from 10 to 3.the bread were stale, hard & old.I have to ask them to heat up the american coffee.
