"Loved my room ! I had a room with a balcony. The room had everything I needed . Great location. It’s about a 8 minute walk from Termini Station. A couple of minutes from the main Street that leads to everything. Easy to walk to the Colloseum ,Roman Forum , Trevi Fountain , Patheon and so many other wonderful sites . Bus stops close by for those who don’t want to walk . Quiet area . I stayed 6 nights and will be returning to this hotel in a few weeks. "

"Room a little on small side but perfectly adequate. Staff very helpful and balcony was nice. Located 200 metres from St Peter’s bascilla so really good location and plenty of restaurants in area. Room cleaned and linen changed everyday. Loved our stay here"

"This is really a rooming establishment without a restaurant or breakfast service. It's comfortable, clean, quiet, and conveniently located, but there's no reception desk and little possibility for contact with staff unless by phone. Though excellent in some ways, it is limited in others. for this reason, it seems overpriced. "

"We were first given a room on the left of the reception that had no window but a balcony that opened to nothing, we asked for a room on the right side with a window and it was perfect! Great location with a mini market across the street and cafes/ dining options. Easy walk to landmarks. Continental breakfast was served to our room at our chosen time, which was nice. Staff is great!!!"

"Room was exactly as advertised, and it was a reasonably priced fit for five people (although there is only one bathroom). Staff were super friendly, multilingual and provided a nice breakfast coffee (even on holidays). Great location for walking to several Roman attractions - Coloseum, Piazza Navona and Trevi fountain. Walk to Vatican took 30 minutes. Would definitely rent again."

"Love this place! Two ways to enter/exist hotel. A crazy old time elevator to use, but it works well. Street is beat up, dingy and dirty, but once you’re inside it’s very “niice”. We walked this area at night and Borghese area is higher class. The American consulate is just down the road too. The rooms are nicely decorated, but on small side with king bed. I would recommend the next room size if available. Only caveat is finding the place. There is no big sign, just look for the 4 large pillars...

"A safety handle would be ideal inside the shower. Our wardrobe (room # 23) was Soo tall that it was hard to reach the clothes hangers. Complementary breakfast was very nice and well supplied. Housekeeper is a nice and helpful woman"

"We had a great day at Trianon Borgo Pio. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had two bedrooms and a couch in the living room. We were traveling with two adults and three children, and we had plenty of space. The location is fantastic. Within easy walking distance of the Vatican and Castel Sant’ Angelo. We ate several meals on Borgo Pio, which was just a block away. A very nice street with lots of dining options. The rooftop restaurant provided beautiful views of the Vatican....

"Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean, with very helpful staff. I loved the music playing in the background and proximity to the grocery store, great restaurants and many landmarks. 45min walk to the Colosseum is the longest. 25min walk to the Vatican, 20min walk to Trevi fountain. I will be back! "

"Lovely lady checked us in early , room was really big and modern comfiest bed and an amazing walk in shower after reading some mixed reviews I was a little worried but honestly amazing hotel great location 15 mins to Trevi fountain and coliseum. 5-7 minutes to the termina but far enough from the roughness of the terminal. Will definitely stay again."

"The location of this room is so ideal. It's a couple blocks from the Terimini station and so walkable. We took the Leonardo Express straight from the Fiumicino airport. The hotel allowed us to check in early, the room was so clean and the bed was so comfy(King) I don't know what I loved more the staff and how helpful everyone was (Breakfast, front desk or cleaning staff) or location. It was so close to the tram stations that took you everywhere, Colesseum, Vatican City, Spanish Steps, all the popular shopping streets. You can tap your ticket right at the fare gates. We did rent a car because we drove to Naples and the Amalfi Coast and their was parking available around the streets. We had trouble with the parking kiosk because everything was in Italian, but the hotel staff was so amazing and even came outside to assist. I know they didn't have to do that, but he did and I thought it was the kindest gesture. We tried all the restaurants around the hotel and they were all delicious. If you are coming from the US make sure you bring a converter for your gadgets. I can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!"
