Property was great in a pretty centrally located area with loads of places to eat and drink nearby. Staff were nice and friendly and we really appreciated all the amenities in the room. It wasn’t the easiest place to find at first so some directions would be handy.

Short stay in Split
In car exclusion area so 6 minutes from off road car park. Receptionist excellent and very helpful. Nice room but overlooking bars and cafe so noisy outside at night and rooms not well soundproofed, so not a great night’s sleep. However, well located for walking to old town and harbour. Would recommend the ferry trip to Hvar (TP ferries).

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The room was large and clean and located in an area out of the louder section of town near the Riva, but within walking distance to everything. Would recommend and would return the next time we are visiting.

Wonderful stay, very close to everything in Split
We had a wonderful stay at Laterna Rooms. The location was excellent, very close to the centre of Old Town Split, but tucked along a little alley which made it very quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place (our only complaint) but that didn’t detract from our stay. They were very accommodating with check-in/out and the room was cleaned after our first night (unexpected but very grateful).

Wonderful staff. Arrived early by overnight ferry and was able to leave our bags at property until check in. Great location and walkable to and from the ferry. Great advice given for spots to visit kn your stay.

Cute boutique hotel with only like 5-6 rooms. The room was nice and spacious. The location was perfect inside the Old Town. The only drawback is that it was pretty noisy on Friday and Saturday night (had to wear ear plugs) but not on other nights. Note that cars are not allowed in the Old Town but the hotel is very close to the town’s access so you only need to roll your luggage a couple of blocks (and it’s flat).

Beautiful rooms, excellent location!
Location was excellent! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hosts were pleasant and helpful. We had a bit of a challenge locating the exact address as it was at the end of a small alley. There are two flights of stairs to get to the rooms so it may be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

We stayed here for two nights during our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! Sanja was wonderful and recommended an amazing restaurant around the corner for our first night. And the location was very convenient; everything we wanted was in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Have just spent 3N staying at this lovely, quaint hotel. Great communication before arrival and an airport transfer was arranged. I was then met by the receptionist who walked me to the hotel. Very happy with the location as it was an easy 5 min walk to the Riva promenade. Room very clean and feels newly renovated. Amazing water pressure. Hotel felt safe as there is a locked gate upon entry.

The people that own and run this place are really super nice and helpful . It's in a great location! Totally walkable to everywhere in Old Town. Very clean,quiet and quaint 😀 We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again if we had a chance to go back to Croatia.

Lanterna Guest rooms was an excellent place to stay perfectly located inside the no traffic zone and close to city center. Lantern is very close to good restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Sanja, the manager and owner was excellent in helping with many details The rooms were clean practically new and beautiful little outdoor patio We stayed here twice once before our sail trip and after our sailing trip We will stay at Lanterna rooms again for sure thank you Sanja Buzz Lisl

The staff, Sanja, was the best manager you could ask for. Exceptional communication and demeanor. The rooms were very clean, modern and up to date. Wonderful patio for early morning coffee. Very short walk to eating, walking around old town. Lanterna is in the no car zone and only 100 yard walk to taxi or uber if needed but we did not. Four of our party stayed several nights at Lantern and will stay at Lantern again. Definitely recommend stay at Lanterna.
