"Be very aware of this hotel. Yes its very nice but when they remove access to the outdoor pool and beach whilst weather is still nice and guests want to use it, this is a disgrace!!!! From a policy point of view our expedia booking said Nov-Apr these facilities are closed. The hotel was closing it in October whilst it was still warm and many cheesed off guests! Shows to me they dont care about the customer, its all about corporate policy!!! Yes the hotel is nice, breakfast very good, lovely...

"Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities. The pool and gym were amazing. The food in the hotel was reasonably priced and beautiful. The hotel staff were really helpful and really friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable. Hotel is right next to a mall with supermarkets and eateries in walking distance. Old town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel but a nice walk. Recommend getting a taxi to and from the airport as you pass the hotel and have to walk about 25 minutes back on yourself...

We travelled with our two young children both under 5 years of age and the staff were attentive and helpful from the bar and pool staff to the restaurant and games room staff. "Great location in Split next to the Riva. It was convenient to get out and explore. The rooms were super clean, but you could tell it’s an older property. The bathroom doors did not close from the wood having swelled with moisture, and it was hard to open it to get inside. The bathroom smelled terribly and was very small. "

"The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"The staff were lovely, and the hotel is in a very convenient location, with the Riva being an easy 10 minute walk. However, it's extremely difficult to find, as there is no name outside - luckily, I happened to recognise the metal gates from the listing photos. It's actually just off the square where the bus/taxi stops are, so it's easy once you know where to look. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was great, but there were no English TV channels - only Croatian. There were no tea/coffee...
