"Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. It took 5 phone calls to get into the apartment. We were not sent any instructions. The building is a work site with builders sawing and hammering at 11.00pm. The building is full of smoke, despite there being signs on the wall saying it is a smoke free venue. The pillows, towels and bedding stinks of cigarette smoke.
