"This was our first time staying here and it won’t be the last. Room was beautifully appointed and beds were very comfy. Perfect location, close to everything. The Courtney Room restaurant was exceptional and all staff we encountered were very invested in us having a wonderful stay. They really made us feel special. The pick up we so badly needed in this chaotic world. "

"Stayed here last week for a concert at Save on Memorial. Room was nice and location was great for walking to and from the event. Only complaint would be that parking ended up being a street over and ended up costing us an additional 15 dollars as the hotel had no parking left. I believe the hotel only has a few spots and the parking is also a street over. "

"The views were exceptional very local swells and close to shopping centres and concert venues staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating and the food in the bar/ restaurant was great! over all an amazing experience "

"A charming hotel with great staff. Our room was clean and had a nice view of the water and mountains in the distance. The bathroom is up to modern standards. The floors/walls are a bit thin as I can hear people above walking around. There are several restaurants and boutiques within walking distance as well as a grocery store. It’s a very nice property and close to the pier. The breakfast bar and coffee is a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The beds are so very comfortable. The room we stayed in had an interesting layout with sliding doors to the large bathroom. The hot tub and mineral pools were just divine, situated next to the ocean. The temperature in the larger pool was perfect for a cool winter day. I really enjoyed my stay and would go back in a heartbeat. "

"Well maintained property near Mackenzie beach. Has a nice adjoining restaurant. They also had fire pits and barbeque, which we didn't use as we arrived during heavy rains. If they can add a swimming pool to the property it will be even better."
