Beautiful property, lobby looks and smells amazing. Clean and comfortable beds and rooms. We didn’t have to take our car anywhere, proximity to the skytrain and all the walkable options for dining, shopping and entertainment are fantastic.

Wonderful boutique hotel centrally located in downtown Vancouver. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, BC Place, public transit, etc. The staff is very friendly. i doubt you can improve this, but I wish you had wider parking stalls given that the car sizes continue increasing. Finding a parking spot that will make it possible for passengers to get out of the car without rubbing against other cars is almost impossible, and this is even after the front desk staff offered us an “SUV” parking spot (I can’t thank her enough for that - I can only imagine how much narrower the “normal” parking spots are. I don’t think this is specific to your hotel though, but is rather a downtown problem.
