The property did not match the pictures provided online. The elevator was poorly maintained, and the condition of the rooms was subpar, with mold present in our bathroom. We were moved to another room, but unfortunately, the noise from the pub below the property disrupted our sleep until as late as 4 a.m. When we raised the issue, we were told there was nothing they could do and were offered earplugs instead. The following day, we were moved to a room on a higher floor, which was somewhat better. However, the overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. I recommend exploring other hotels in the area that offer better quality for a similar price.

Room was very clean and tidy. It was a small room, but still ok in size. I was very disappointed in tv channel selection, though. There were hardly any channels available besides sports, a couple French channels and politics on CTV. No movie channels avail. in English. On the guide there were more channels that were not available, than were available. Truly disappointing, and I was surprised that there was not even pay per view available. I had been looking fwd to coming back to the room to watch some tv, relax watching a movie or two and then sleep. So, truly a let down in that department. Not everyone brings a lap top with them when they travel, so having some decent options to watch on tv is something that should be standard. I have never experienced such poor and lack of viewing selection ever in all the hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very nice though. I would suggest to improve the tv channel selection and I would consider staying here again then.
