"Definitely the most basic hostel I've stayed in. There are no staff and no doors on the dorms so minimal privacy. There are three floors and you need to pass through every other dorm to get to the top floor. Therefore, if you're staying on the first or second floor, people will be passing through your room to get to the floors above. Cockroaches were crawling about the shower/toilet area and showers unclean with broken doors on the cubicles. I stayed on the top floor which had no A/C and was...

"Great location for waking around Valetta, very safe and many options for shopping and dining. Good base to rest and amenities to make meals if wanted as well as a large fridge. "A quirky old Maltese house. Very clean and comfortable room and bed with lovely harbour views. The roof terrace was lovely but the lighting was all from the floor upwards and made seeing to walk around rather dangerous. Also unable to see to read on the balcony too due to the lighting and no comfy chairs to relax outside. "

"We had an amazing stay, the property is excellent - well maintained and clean throughout. It was very well located, with restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes away, a short walk to the local beach, and easy to either get to the bus terminal or have a taxi come to the door.
