"On arrival found that the actual accommodation was a kilometer outside the village and that the nearest shops were 30 minutes drive away. Said the accommodation was unsuitable and the staff said they could offer us a place at Valle Gran Rey instead but this was not where we wanted to be. Left without staying in the accommodation and understood that we would not be charged but the full amount was charged to my credit card the next day.
