On the glacier express train, when my daughter realized she left her jacket in the hotel and called them, they checked quickly and mailed the jacket to the next hotel we were staying. Overall a very pleasant experience with this hotel and we will definitely recommend it to our friends."

"Located just outside St Moritz in a nice town. We had dinner just down the street, a fabulous breakfast in the hotel and left for the Bernina train back to Italy. Would love to explore Switzerland more in the future. The hotel is classy and elegant with great views and just a quick bus to downtown St Moritz"
