"We had read the reviews before booking and they were a bit mixed. However, in our opinion this hotel was great. We stayed in a suite that was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were helpful and even provided us with umbrella when it was raining. The location was great. The metro was a few minutes away and it was a ten minute stroll to many shops and restaurants. The outside garden area of the hotel was a little oasis to sit and relax. The breakfast had a good selection and we never had to wait for a seat even when it was busy. We had an amazing week. "

"Fania was very attentive and helpful. She was so kind. Actually the entire staff was courteous. Despite what people's opinions that Europeans are rude. I don't find that to be true. Everyone was kind to me."
