"We were very comfortable at Hotel Karuizawa Cross. We liked the clean and spacious room, and we appreciated the friendly and helpful gentleman at the reception desk. "We had the japanese western style room which comes with a small Japanese dining area which was very useful. The toilet has a bathtub and the shower head with a mid high stool useful for elderly and pregnant women.
Appreciate that the toilet bowl is separated from the bathroom. The beds were really comfy and has beady pillows. The blanket was very cushy.
