"Checking in was easy. We arrived before our room was ready. The valet took our belongings and stored them for us so we could walk around and explore. Room was bright and clean. The flooring needs to be replaced. All staff that we met were friendly and spoke English to us as we don't speak French. "

"Great property right in Old Quebec. We left the car at the hotel and walked everywhere. The rooms were clean and very nice. My only comment would be that the tubs had very high sides making it challenging for anyone with mobility issues to get in and out of the shower. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay!"

"Everything was perfect except the front desk did not warn us about the garage was not suitable for suv cars. They told me it was fine to park in the garage and the top got scratched with the pipes in the garage ceiling."
