All cutlery and plates that you might need. There were body lotion and hair conditioner (which is important to me) in the bathroom. I taken out the point for the room being dusty "

"Realmente nunca me alojé en un lugar con tanta desidia. No había internet, papel higiénico, seguridad en la entrada del lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, tampoco el elevador, el freezer no se podía utilizar. Y para colmo el departamento apestaba a olor a cigarrillo. Eso sí la comunicación con la empresa que prestaba el servicio era buena, pero no hacían nada para solucionar la situación "

"Such a lovely place in a great location! It's near metro stations and close to the supermarket. The receptionist was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The room was clean and quiet, and you can even drink the tap water and it tastes good! This is the best apartment hotel I've ever stayed in! 10/10 recommend this to anyone going to Vienna :) "

"The place wasn't even a hotel room but a small studio apartment that was rented out and not yet done with renovations. The door of our room had a letter "A" written in pen, taped on it, not even a proper room number. There were wires hanging out of a wall , some random furniture pieces, a queen bed, and a pullout couch that could only fit a child under 10. This space was presented as fitting 3 adults and 1 child. "The property is in a relative old building but clean and quite. The property is relative far from the center of Vienna. Thanks to a very good transportation system you will get in approx. 30 min to Hofburg Palace."

"Good location, lots around the area and not a long walk to big tourist places. Easy to get to via tram or train. Getting into the building is very easy and instructions were easy to follow! Kitchen has the bare essentials, missing things that would make cooking easier (like a cutting board or a bigger cooking pan). "The parking is expensive and the night we were there, they were hosting a huge prom or some other event that I believe could have been managed better as the groups/crowd lingered around the front door impede the traffic flow and comfort of guests spending the night there. Other than that, the hotel was lovely, clean, and very comfortable."
