"Generally was very good, decent location, quiet and nice rooms but first room we had air con didn't work, we told desk and they said would get maintenance out, next day still faulty so they offered us an alternative room, which was an upgrade because it had a balcony. The room was much smaller so no upgrade really. We had to move everything which was very annoying. At least it was cool. Staff on desk tried to help but couldn't really do. Much. Would I stay again, no not really as quite...
