I didn't know that Ramada had sold to another company. This room was terrible. The freezer part of refrigerator had iced over so much that it was dripping onto the floor. The microwave was dirty. The HVAC unit wasn't working so hotel management decided to change it out at midnight. It took over 10 mins to get hot water for a shower. I asked for an extra blanket because it was cold due to the HVAC system being out. The front desk person was rude and didn't want to give it to me. She finally did. The pool was closed. This wasn't disclosed in the description of the hotel. The free breakfast was terrible.

Mice and roaches. I’m sure there would have been more issues if we had stayed but we left immediately. Upon requesting a refund we were told to request through expedia since we booked with them. Expedia was of absolutely no help.

The main draw back is I booked this hotel because of the indoor and hot tub amenity but it was closed the whole weekend. There could have also been some construction going on as well with see paint on the elevator floor. This is issues that can arise understandably as inconvenient to my timing, so no fault on hotel or staff. Another factor I put as a note, no not fault of staff, is would love to have seen more variety on the breakfast bar. This is an easy fix of just stocking a wider variety of pastry and creamer flavoring. My personal situation for the hotel to look into. I would still recommend and possibly book with them in the for because they did check all the the major boxes of a good experience, just may add calling ahead to insire hot tub availability.

This hotel is on the outskirts of town, but well worth the 10 minute drive to all the major places. It was very clean, they have a tiny little store that has almost anything you could need essentials and food. Small pool and hot tub, but the kids enjoyed and the hot tub is always relaxing. Good hot breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again when we come back to the area! All around, we felt safe and it was a peaceful sleep on a good mattress for a good price!
