The front desk reception lady was not very polite and impatient when I called to let her know our shower gel is running out, she ask me to call the house keeping office for that, and thank god they came to give us a new bottle."

Contactless key cover for room door was found on the floor and repaired immediately. Super convenient hotel located above MTR station and MOKO mall. Gym, sauna (dry and steam), swimming pool, and hot tub makes the Royal Plaza a highly recommended stay in the future for family and friends. No laundry on premise, but Sunshine Laundry Service is affordable and nearby."
