"Stunning location, great food and friendly staff. Although their English was limited they really tried and went out of their way to help. Loved the interiors, the coziness of the place and those views from every point were spectacular."

I saw several guests wondering what to do when they saw the doors closed. House keeping service is available basically when you put the trash in front of the room door."

"What a lovely hotel. Very well set out and clean. The staff have all been amazing; welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Whatever you need they will accommodate. The rooms are light filled and spacious. Had such a great nights sleep, with wonderful blockout blinds. The bathrooms are well laid out with plenty of storage. Tracy (the front office manager) went above and beyond. We were very impressed. You can see why the hotel runs so well. Front of house staff Yen was so lovely and helpful. This is a fantastic hotel, we will be back to stay again. "

"Our experience at La Sinfonía del Rey was absolutely beyond phenomenal - we loved every aspect of our stay. Upon arriving we were struck by the beauty of the building and excellent location on Hoan Kiem lake. From the moment we walked through the doors and were greeted by the staff in the lobby, every interaction was fantastic. In particular, our personal concierge, Henry, was incredibly attentive, accommodating, caring, and helpful. As a Hanoi native, Henry has vast first-hand insight into the best shops, restaurants, sights, tours and guides. There wasn't a need that went unmet. We looked forward to visiting with Henry he is just a truly delightful person - we're tremendously grateful to have had the chance to get to know him! La Sinfonía del Rey is a very special property made even more so by the staff. Yes, the accommodations are lovely, the decor on point, the sheets luxurious, the food excellent (particularly the buffet breakfast where you're spoiled for choice), the location superb, but it's the PEOPLE who make this an EXPERIENCE. Don't hesitate to book La Sinfonía del Rey, you'll be so pleased that you did!"

"My family of four stayed at La Nueva for four nights. The staff was extremely hospitable in all aspects. Their concierge, Jimmy, coordinated with me weeks in advance and helped to plan great trips to Sa Pa, Ninh Binh and our eventual departure to Hue. He also helped to arrange a private driver and cruise to a much less crowded section of Ha Long. It all worked out perfectly. I really can't say enough about La Nueva's staff. The hotel served as a comfortable home base for seeing the northern part of Vietnam."

Every single member of staff went out of their way to know us, help us and recognise our needs .. often before we knew! Customer service is on a different level here and the hotel itself is gorgeous. The rooms are modern and large, the spa downstairs is a very welcome facility and offer an array of services at very reasonable prices and the rooftop bar is just heavenly! "
