My biggest complaint was the ride from the airport was ridiculous we were only suppose to have 3 stops before our hotel and it was eight so the first day was wasted we didn’t get to the hotel for 4 hours on a bus. Take private transportation it’s worth it. My only complaint was my room was hot I waited 3 days before I said something then they fixed it. The food was good expect I wish they changed up the menu a little basically it was the same choices daily. Overall we had a great trip"

"One of the best all inclusive we’ve stayed at. When they say all inclusive it’s truly that. Tons of high quality activities are all included such as scuba diving, snorkelling and others. The food is very high end almost like a French bistro and we appreciated the no tipping culture. "

"I had an ocean view room with private porch and swimming area. To hear the water lapping at night is surreal. Great place for a rejuvenating and relaxing time."
