"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...

"We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. After hours of Hotels.com customer service trying to talk with the owner they finally spoke to the owner and he said we could check in the next morning. "Our first time to Jamaica and we absolutely loved it. Wish it wasn’t such a long drive from the airport to the resort. Also the shuttle that takes you to the excursions was a little scary how they drive there. The lighting when walking around at night needed to be better. Food, entertainment and activities were fantastic. Had a small lizard guest in our room which I didn’t care for but dealt with it. Will definitely stay at Sandals again. "

"The property is beautiful, you walk in and you feel a breeze that’s just amazing. The staff was wonderful, everyone was very polite and friendly. The room was pretty big and the shower felt good, there was always hot water. The food was 8/10, there were times it was cold but the taste was always on point. "

"Our stay at Sans Souci was nothing short of magical. We came to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The romantic birthday decor was absolutely stunning—elegant, intimate, and thoughtfully done. The surprise setup completely blew us away, especially the incredible fresh fruit display that was truly out of this world. It was the perfect touch to kick off a beautiful celebration. We enjoyed an amazing couples romantic dinner that was both delicious and memorable. The ambiance, service, and attention to detail made it feel incredibly special. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless thanks to Kat, who was phenomenal in coordinating everything—decor, spa appointments, dinner reservations—you name it. She made the whole celebration feel effortless. The spa was deeply relaxing, the bartenders were warm and fun (special shoutout to Kamar, the real MVP—he made our stay feel personal and welcoming), and the grounds of the property were breathtaking. Every corner was beautifully maintained and felt like a private escape. The restaurant staff was also exceptional—attentive, professional, and kind. We felt genuinely cared for the entire time. Sans Souci gave us a birthday weekend we will never forget. We’re already planning to return—this place is a gem! "

"Clean well maintained property with beautiful gardens. Amazing ocean views from anywhere on the property. Quiet and tranquil giving a relaxed holiday feeling. All staff polite and accomodating. Beautiful private beach is a major plus. Room very clean and comfortable. Only downside was feeling a little uneasy walking around surrounding area at night. Some nice dining options within walking distance. Highly recommended property"
