A good hotel
This is a hotel that aims to be cool and current. It is in a convenient location, not too far from the main places of interest. The staff are very friendly and the neighbourhood is good. Our room was a little small, but perfectly organised. A good place to stay if you prefer being a little out of the very centre of Toulouse.

Hotel is well-located, and as advertised. The free welcome drink was a nice touch. Front desk staff super helpful and friendly (thank you). Thought it was a little cheeky to charge for parking and on check out, I was asked to pay 35 Euros for a dinner I didn't have in the bar - not sure what happened there, but it was all resolved easily. Great staff - thank you.

A very nice hotel, helpful reception staff. Very clean room. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed. No bedbugs (I was there at a time that this was a big deal in the media). Breakfast was great with lots of delicious options. They offer bike hire and storage which I didn't use but is a nice touch

L établissement envoi un questionnaire afin de vous positionner au mieux dans l établissement, ce qui est un vrai plus quand ils prennent le soin d’en prendre compte ! C est dommage ,car les 2 dernières réservations que j ai effectué n étaient pas au niveau alors qu auparavant ce n était pas le cas …. J espère que lors de ma prochaine réservation je renouerais avec la satisfaction.
