"We booked sea v suite and they gave us the wrong Room , after asking for the right One the argumentation was they were full. Defect safety box took 48 hours to fix and the argumentation was the service Staff arw not here. In Tjek took 60 min since they couldnt find our Pre paid order and was ULTRA confused. All in all a Nice place with the worst organisation i have ever seen . When we asked polite about the 400 difference in the Room value they asked if we wanted a cup of Coffee , and...

"It was horrible. They us a room with an unbearable smell the first day. On thr secon day, the bathroom drain broke and the smell of bathroom pipes became unbearable. We reported the issue asking for someone to come i side the room to check what happened. And they claimed the maintennance contact was out, and that they could give us another room but as everything left was more expensive we had to pay. Only after we pronounce THE SMELL WAS UNHEALTHY and that we qoukd report it to local Health...

"The hotel is nicely located, with a swimming pool and jacuzzi, a collection of peculiar antiquities placed along the walls of the common areas, and a nice, spacious rooms. We arrived by car, but hotel parking was full and we had troubles finding a place to park in the city - on a hot Saturday afternoon even the pay-per-minute parkings were full. Also hotel is in the old city which is a maze of narrow one way streets, so I recommend finding a parking first and then walking to the hotel. Or phone...
