There is no remote control for the airco, it's only on or off. We did not receive any clean towels during our stay, and for example, the safe in the bedroom needs to be rented per day separately. Also, the advertisement mentions a kitchen where you can prepare food. As we had children, that would have been welcome, but the kitchen hardly had utensils to...

"Location is a short walk to main beach. This is a typical older beach-side hotel - don’t expect the Hilton. Clean, although room is small for 4 persons; quiet for sleep. There is parking available - very challenging underground parkade; not suitable for midsized or larger SUV. Very small car or motorcycle. If you are used to generous North American underground parkades then this will be a stressful experience if you value your car. Generally, parking anywhere in Tossa is near impossible...

"Our first time at Hotel Avenida & we would happily stay again. The Reception staff were so friendly & helpful. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was very good too. Just up the road from the beautiful Tossa beach & lots of lovely places to eat."
