"When staying in this area, you have to manage expectations. The Villa Serrano area exists to host travelers closer to Torres del Paine than Puerto Natales, cutting off an hour of travel each way into the park. Hotel del Paine has basic rooms—small, not much room to store close or equipment (no drawers, hooks, shelf space, etc—but the bed was really comfy, the room is warm, the bathroom very clean. No wifi in the rooms, but it screams in the lodge. Good meals, outstanding views of Cuernos....
