Pros: Maria cooked a good breakfast. Rassim, excellent customer service. He escorted me to park in the back, icy, unsafe parking lot,. He caught my hand as I started slipping on the ice. Pros: Raynish, 3-11pm manager, called me around 11:40 p.m. yelling at me to come down and move my car into an icy parking spot. When I expressed concern of falling, he told me:" We'll call the ambulance to pick you up if you fall." The room I stayed in was cold, had one part of the shower door missing, and water leaked out onto the floor after each shower, a dirty towel. I requested room service in an hour. After 30 minutes, a woman started banging on my door, yelling: "Room service; open; no English." She wouldn't stop until I called the front desk, and he came up to get her.. Save yourself this aggravation. Stay elsewhere. Don't let the cheap price fool you.

The property is fine for what it is. We specifically booked this property for the long term parking and airport shuttle. Between booking and our departure, the hotel changed their shuttle policy to very restrictive hours. This meant the shuttle was not available to us. We didn't hear about this change until we called to reserve the shuttle even though we'd booked the long term parking. Not a pleasant experience.

Called desk at 9pm to fix heater, cane up 30 mins later, called desk at midnight to complain heater not working again, no answer after 2 call attempts. Called again at 130am heater still not working; kept turning off!!! Staff asked me to switch rooms at this hour! Brought me aplug in portable heater because your equipment is garbage! This will be reviewed negatively on Google.
