"The staff was amazing, practically tripping over themselves to help. They were out of microwaves but the front desk was willing to use the employee microwave to make my 3 year old her Easy Mac. Location is perfect if you are going to a game or aquarium "

"- convenient location and friendly, helpful personnel. also liked how the hotel had exits to different parts of the city like onto Gerrard St., Bay St., Yonge St. more indoor shopping ( especially for those cold winter days like we just had ) would be great so we wouldn't have to battle mother nature while staying in Toronto!"
