Location is incredible - near a beautiful Japanese gardens, near the Kabuki Theatre, fairly easy to get to TeamLabs, Guinza is just steps away. Plenty of options to eat at Tsukiji market, as wells as several options. They respect privacy like no other place I’ve been at, loved the laundry machine in room. Better amenities than expected

I stayed here the second time because the location is very good. Lots of food options right in front of the hotel door. There are 2 cons; the curtain is not blackout, and the limited cleaning. The policy is clear and not bothering me anything but I got no trash bag in the toilet on my last night and the bin is lying down on the floor. That is quite under quality.

We love the convenience of being near Tsukiji so we can hit it early and get out of that area before it gets crowded. Also love the in-room washer/dryers so you can pack less and have more room for gifts and things you buy in Japan.
