Great location to get access to the airport. Stayed at the beginning of our trip before flying out to Fukouka and started a 3 more nights for our Tokyo Stay. Safe neighborhood with easy access to subways, combinis and a great chain restaurant nearby that opens 24 hours.

It was an ok (average) property to stay, just enough to sleep, however the bed and pillow was not ok for me. Housekeeping was not daily, only every 2 days. The location is good, 5 mins to Ningyocho Station and many food options nearby.

Within walking distance of several stations, Tokyo station can also be reached on door (20 min). Convenience store right next to the hotel. Rooms are small but very clean. Wifi didn't always work properly.

I could easily find the accommodation on foot from Ningyocho station. Just take exit A5 and go straight! It will be on your right. Single and double room has the same size, for me it is no problem! The reception kept my luggage safely after it arrived from Osaka (I sent it using Yamato). The best part is that it is not far with popular tendon restaurant Kaneko Hannosuke (approximately 15 mins walking).

Mi estancia aquí fue increíble, todo el personal es super amigable y te explican sin problema, el buffet de desayuno altamente recomendable tiene gran variedad y a tu gusto. Si viajas solo no necesitas más. Solo no le di las 5 estrellas porque al querer cambiar mi habitación por una de no fumadores no fue posible y no hubo razón. Entonces recomiendo desde el inicio asegurarse que es de no fumadores. Porque todo el piso es de puros fumadores y más que ver humo ya se siente impregnado el aroma.
