Friendly staff, clean accomodations, great small bites breakfast. Hosts were fluent in English which made our stay much more welcoming and accessible; though ourbhumble attemtps at Japanese seemed to help. Great location with several combinis nearby, as well as Hamzomon station. Mahiro was an amazing host, who gave great recommendations and provided excellent assistance with local transport, as well as appropriate spots for our group to visit!

I had a great stay at Nest Hotel Hanzomon. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect after long days exploring Tokyo. The location near the Hanzomon subway station made getting around easy. I'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing property with great staff. The free bread (croissants, muffins, pain au chocolats, macha muffins etc.) each morning along with the coffee/hot choc machine was brilliant. Staff were very kind and helpful. Area was very safe, walkable, easy to trains and busses. Im a runner and there is a 5k loop around the imperial palace/gardens. My toddler loved the childrens park a couple minutes down the road that had police station next door.
