Great housekeeping, amenities and good size room & bathroom. Walking distance to Tokyo station (jr), kyobashi station (metro) and takaracho station (toei). Direct line from takaracho to Haneda airport in less than 1hr. Walking distance to Yurakucho and Ginza area etc. Very convenient. Will stay here again if I am back in Tokyo.

Well located to Ginza & Asakusa lines & Tokyo station. Staff was very helpful with sorting out my luggage delivery. In house laundry was great, and the convenient store below makes midnight snacking possible. Loved it. Highly recommend.

We booked 2 superior twin rooms for 9 nights, as we wanted a good sized room for a lengthy stay. The hotel was spotless, and in a great location. Easy walk to a few subway lines, as well as Tokyo Station. The amenities provided were plentiful - and I have not seen such a selection of teas, lotions, bath salts available at any other hotel during our stay in Japan. The washer/dryer combos were always busy. Note that it takes 2-3 hours per load so it does hold up the line. The staff were great when I pushed the wrong button (tried adding extra dry when starting the wash as I knew it would need it and it just flips it to dry). They were able to fix it for me. The room layouts of our rooms were very different. One felt spacious and the other felt much smaller. The second layout had a smaller bathroom, couch etc. I would have sworn it was not the same room category for the differences. There is not a lot of storage, and I knew this before so I brought packing cubes and just used the desktop and luggage rack to lay them out. I’m not a fan of clutter but this allowed us to out away the suitcases and have room to relax in the evening. The staff helped us get our bags shipped to Osaka which was helpful. This is a cash transaction only. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location subway station right across the road and minutes walk from JR Tokyo station. Walking distance to Ginza and convenient store right underneath. Washing machines with dryers are a saving grace. No airport shuttle though.

We loved out stay at this property. The room was very clean, there was a convenience store right downstairs, and the train station was a one minute walk away. There’s a place to do laundry on the 9th floor, vending machines, a microwave, and free toiletries. We didn’t want room service but we did want new towels. They left new towels, a new trash bag, and extra toiletries each time. Overall, great stay!
