"O have been at this hotel 3 times this year. Every time was better than the stay before. Empoulyees always nice and smiling and answer my questions or find out immediately. Room is cleaned every days with new bedding and towels. The dining rooom food is always excellent. The waiters have remembered my drinks and when they see me come in for breakfast they immediately getting me the tea i like. Even when I only stay for a couple days. They aCcomadate me in every way. "was disappointed on the service at misto when we had dinner on our last night. service was so slow when it was not even busy. there were only 4 tables in the resto. we have to follow up couple of times for them to deliver the wine. and i ordered cheesecake too but was never delivered so i have to cancel it. BAD SERVICE"
