"Overall a great trip if you want someone a little out of the way and are there purely for rest and relaxation. However, if you’re looking for nightlife, or something a bit more lively, then likely this is not the place. Lots of couples and older people this time of year, but the vibes are great! The staff is amazing and super helpful. "

"The staff are very nice and go out of their way to take care of you. Food was good for breakfast and lunch at their international cuisine restaurant. The beach is just lovely and not too crowded. Pools are nice though not heated (which is standard for the area i think). Only con was that the room is quite dated and the bed creaked every time i turned in it. Bathrooms are updated but not well kept. An update could really help. "

"We stayed for 2 weeks loved everything there. Friendly staffs, room was clean and just crossing the road to the beach. Walking distance to 7/11 and shops. The buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing my children very enjoyed that. Highly recommended "

"We had a great time at this beautiful place. The amenities are amazing and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the pools, the beach, our son really enjoyed his time at the kids club. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They booked our transportation to Phi Phi island for us and they offer free shuttle service to the old town and Patong beach. The only negatives for us would be, the hotel restaurants are a bit overpriced and the exterior is getting run-down."
