"Wonderful stay, clean and spacious room, safe, close to airport (5 min drive) w free transport, great restaurants and food options. Staff was most helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the spa which was reasonably priced. We had 4 people and had a king/sofa bed. They offered a 2nd rollaway bed, just wished there was a 2nd regular bed given the room size was large. Would definitely stay again, we were sad to leave!"

"The rooms are highly over priced compared to the service then provide. The property and the rooms are just basic. The bathtub seemed like an old broken tub, the jacuzzi switch didn't work. The shower knob turns off on its own, need to keep the knob lifted for continuous flow of water. A 2 star service with a 5 star pricing, that's all I can say."

"The wireless is outdated as you have to continually login with an Indian cell phone. They act like wireless is precious when this is 2020. When you go the desk, no one can help you with payment or anything broken in your room. Instead, those 3-4 employees at the desk send away for a manager in another part of the hotel, which takes 10 minutes. Why can't the 3-4 people at the front desk have any answers to our questions?"

"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. "It was one of the bests stays for us in India. The entire hotel is managed very well and the staff are all courteous. Food in Coriandar restaurant was amazing , shout out to the entire serving staff .. especially the chef Gouranga Mitra and the server Kenneth. They went above and beyond. Overall , the house keeping staff , front desk , bell boys , staff at the hotel entrance … all did an excellent job to provide me and wife with a great experience. Thank you everyone !"
