"The Regency Fort Hotel is rated 2 stars but offers a 5 star service. It is ideally located and within walking distance of the Fort/Colaba attractions. The rooms are clean, functional with comfortable beds. Ghopal and Rajesh are real assets. They are great problem solvers and look after us. The cosy dining room is a highlight. Chef makes a mean omelette. Baloo and Kesi are exceptional and bring a sense of fun to breakfast. Will definitely return to the Resi when next in Mumbai. "
