"I always stay here if I have am traveling through HKIA and only have an overnight. The hotel is at the airport a short 10 minute walk after leaving customs baggage. Rooms are very clean, the staff is professional and helpful. I often leave my luggage with them if doing a small side trip so I don't have to carry to many bags. Good pricing and location."

"The first day we landed, we couldn't check in even tho we pre check in online. Just to find out our original queen bed room was still occupied. They can only offer us twin bed room with single beds and want us to check out the next day at 11am and re check in again at 3pm. I ask them about the luggage they offer the moving luggage service but got us to sign a form which explains any lost and damage they will not compensate which I thought it wasn't fair. After a long progress of conversation explaining how inconvenient for us, they let us stay in our temporay rooms until our original rooms were ready for us which was like after 3pm the next day. Except for the slight bad experience from the beginning overall everything was great. The lady that did our house keeping on our level 16 was great. She was lovely and very polite. The breakfast buffet was nice, food was fresh and was slightly different everyday. The manager and staff was very friendly. "

"Very good hotel, they offer a shuttle to both the airport and the Tung Chung MTR station which we made use of several times. There is a Seven Eleven across the road. The room was a decent size and the bed was extremely comfortable. It felt like a literal cloud. The breakfast options were good with enough variety for everyone. They have water refill stations on every floor which we appreciated as we were traveling with our own water bottle (although there was also a reusable water bottle avail in the room for use during your stay). The only thing I didn’t like about our room was that there were only USB / charging ports on one side of the bed (not the side I was sleeping on). We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Disneyland HK - we went for 2 days. Getting there in the morning was really easy as its only one stop to Sunny Bay station where you switch over to the Disneyland resort line. Worth mentioning that getting back to the hotel in the evening (after the fireworks) its a lot more crowded in the stations, so it might take a little longer to get back. The shuttle bus runs until 10:30 at night, as the fireworks was at 21:45 that evening, we only managed to get back to Tung Chung station after the last shuttle bus and had to opt for an Uber instead. We managed to catch the shuttle back on the 2nd night. Overall very happy with our stay and with the Four Points by Sheraton brand. It was our 2nd stay with this brand over our 3 week trip and both times we were happy."
