"Both front desk employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Due to its location right at the intersection of I-87 and state highway 299, traffic noise was intrusive. Also, turning into the street where the hotel is located was difficult as it involved making a left turn across 3 lanes of traffic waiting for the traffic light. "We stayed 2 days here and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly, the resort was clean and very nice. The room were amazing and very spacious. Me and my husband enjoyed the view from the 17th floor, it was breathtaking. We would go again. "

"The small square within 1 to 2 blocks around the hotel was quaint and beautiful. The staff was exceptional and welcoming. Room was very clean and overal a wonderful experience. The hotel restaurant for dinner was delicious and included breakfast was also scrumptious with pastries being the star. However escaping the gem like area the surrounding neighborhood lacks in the bucolic and historic feel."

"We have been coming here for years. #1 Reason is because Michael treats us like VIP'S, ALWAYS !!!! Is the reason we send so many friends and family there. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, Unbelievable SUITES , View of the mountains, the lake and the trees are amazing. You see this view from everywhere. Yoga classes. Amazing activity room downstairs with pool tables, ping pong tables, lounges and more. GREAT GYM !"

"This place is a hidden gem and place to escape especially coming from NYC. It was worth the trip and wish I could experience the other rooms. Stayed in Tony's Dancefloor and it was well detailed and fun. Staff was informative and accommodating. Will come back eventually. "

"A friendly welcome to check-in: its front desk staff was kind and professional. We got a nice 3rd floor room, bright and clean with two double-beds. The next morning, we enjoyed its continental breakfast after 9, and it was ample enough to be good. The entire experience is far superb."

"I needed a place to stay for the night and based off others reviews I chose Quality Inn Hyde Park. It was 30 minutes from my morning destination. Outside of bldg was nice enough, inside was nice and clean ,did not smell of cigarettes at all, check- in was very polite. My room was clean and spacious as a double bed was my choice. I took I think the hottest shower of my life at a hotel, so that is a plus for here, I don’t think hot water will run out lol. For the bed, I am a tiny person and my...
