"From the moment we arrived we found exeptional service from the reception staff. As there was little queue we were invited to another desk to check in. Room was very clean and decorated with taste. All staff, cleaners, receptionists, waiters, cooks, gardeners, bartenders were very friendly and helpfull. Dining was very good, variety of food so everybody could find something they liked. "Reception staff is good. All need to focus on Dinning / Food service staff. Dinning staff 80 percent is not welcoming and not looking that people eating they grab plates. We on half board and check for evening snack if available, they told it’s free but later come and charge us. All it’s about if we ask let us know need to pay or not. Rest amazing property. Thanks"

"Room was extremely spacious and pool area lovely. Not much choice of food and trying to get a sun lounger was impossible unless you woke up at 6am and even then majority of sun loungers with shade had already been taken. Management really need to look at how to manage this."
