"Properly a little dated, but great location. Walkable to several main sites, parks, and lots of restaurants. Five min walk to two different subways. Rooms and bathrooms a good size. Super comfy down pillows and comforters. Off the main road so very quiet, even on low floors. Roof restaurant with beautiful view and good food. Extensive breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent massage. "

"Just came back from an amazing trip in Uzbekistan. Stayed at the Art Hotel after reading great reviews on hotels.com. Well let me tell you....my room was huge, the breakfast was delicious with many choices, all of our requests were timely accommodated and most importantly Ibrahim and his colleagues went out of their way to help us with anything we need. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming and we were literally treated like family. The taxis are very cheap and for $1-2 dollars can take you...
