"No airplane noise at all. Combined with a good bed and a dark room, that made for good sleep. Staff mostly very quietly spoken with strong London Indian accents, which takes some getting used to, but attentive and helpful. So many security doors where you either have to badge in or push a button, with no indication on the door itself. You can, though, authenticate with the restaurants to bill money to your room with nothing more than the room number - not the hotel’s liability, so they don’t care about that? Room key stopped working an hour early, like they’ve forgotten to adjust for daylight savings, a few weeks ago."

"Like so many a stay before flying off to our holiday. Hotel was great, clean comfortable and friendly. Think the parking charge was a bit expensive considering we were staying at the hotel, not sure why but think ill check costs next time!!!"
