"We had a superb experience staying at The Grand Hotel in Taipei. Among hotels of similar level, this one stands out for its thoughtful service and attention to detail. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of. What impressed us most was how comprehensive the services were. The hotel helped us arrange taxis, airport shuttles, and even a private driver for a day trip outside of Taipei, which was the highlight of our stay. They also offer on-site currency exchange, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is true to its name — grand in design, well-maintained, and very clean. There's a real sense of history and elegance throughout the property. For the level of comfort and service provided, we felt the price was more than fair.
