"When we arrived they didn't have the room we had booked. They "upgraded" us to a different type of suite, but it didn't have the king size bed that we really wanted, instead it had two queens. It was disappointing. The maintenance work in the room looked like it was done by someone who doesn't know what they are doing. For the most part housekeeping did a good job except when they took our towels and didn't give us any new ones. The beds are hard as rocks, so if you like that you will be happy,...

"I got a big suite with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath. Property a little "fifties" style but very clean. I did order a wakeup call at 4:30 but did not get any, personally, in the reception when I arrived. in the morning the reception said none had been ordered. Even if it had gone through the phone was so complicated it might have been set to mute, and I would have had no clue. Also the phone was in the living room and not in the bedroom.
