"Designed for families! We had a wonderful time! The staff were awesome, super fun and interactive with the guests of all ages! Plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy, the set up is great! A schedule of what is on and what can be booked is sent to your phone as soon as you check in. Several well priced options and you don’t even need to leave the hotel, however if you do the tram is nearby so transport is easy. We stayed in a deluxe room which is one of the newer rooms and no complaints. We look forward to coming back!"

"Our family of four loved staying here. The staff were lovely and the pool facilities were great. Always fresh towels and loungers available. We made use of the restaurants too which was fabulous for the kids when they were tired. The buffet breakfast is amazing! Nice and close to the beach too. We paid to use their carpark too which I recommend as it is less hassle. The room was spacious and comfortable beds. "

"The hotel staff check in was very friendly. He gave us a free upgrade. He explained all the house rules and gave us directions for the nearest supermarket. The room we got had a great view which we enjoyed. The main bedroom was facing the main road which i found to be noisy at night as i can hear people and cars throughout the night. I don't know if the floor was vacuummed as my feet got very dirty after walking on bare feet in the apartment and there was no vacuum cleaners for me to do any floor cleaning myself. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay and the location was great."
